Drop-off (D) points follow IU Indianapolis's existing unloading locations: the north circle drive at University Tower (via Blake St. and North St.), Lot 69 at North Hall (via Blackford St.), the front drive at Ball Hall (via Riley Hospital Dr.), and the five unloading zones at Riverwalk, shown here as one point. Staging (S) sits immediately beside each drop-off, subject to IU Indianapolis approval. After unloading, cars continue to long-term parking: Lot 71 for the East zone and Lot 63 for the West zone. Both zones run at the same time, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Positions are approximate pending IU Indianapolis's lot map.
Staging area by floor, hour by hour
All four communities run at the same time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: the halls floor by floor, top down, and Riverwalk building by building. Self-movers get a dedicated 4:00–6:00 PM window after operations wrap.
Hour 1 · 8:00–9:00 300 students arriving
Counts are placeholders; IU Indianapolis has not yet confirmed occupancy by floor or building (open item #2 in the plan). F = floor, G = floor group at University Tower, and the Riverwalk letters are its buildings. The halls work top-down, so elevators do their hardest work early and U Storage movers can flex ground-floor deliveries to the stairs at the end of the day.
